It’s the beginning of February, and my feet haven’t really seen daylight for months. Every winter, I ask myself, “How can my heels be so dry and cracked when they are tucked safely in a pair of socks all day long? Shouldn’t they be extra soft and moisturized?” But, I don’t make regular trips to get a pedicure during the winter months and I guess my heels really miss their regular sloughing and buffing.
I have tried numerous creams, but never found one quite as effective as Rescue Me: Intensive Foot Repair Creme by Get Fresh. The creme itself feels light and airy, not thick and greasy, and yet it is an absolute workhorse. And, as an added bonus to its magical moisturizing powers, the bright lemongrass scent will bring a smile to your face as soon as you open the lid.
Also, to keep my toenails looking pretty (albeit within the depth of my socks), I’ve been loving these colors this winter …
- A rich teal – CIA by OPI
- a deep plum – Bahama Mama by Essie
- a winter coral – Cajun Shrimp by OPI
- a barely there pink – Sugar Daddy by Essie
- a smokey gray – Master Plan by Essie
